1. Streamlined:
Our streamlined listing package is priced at $995.00 prepaid.
(The seller still offers a competitive fee to the buyer agent)
This price includes:

- No relisting fee if temporarily withdrawn

To explain in further detail, the buyer agent shows the property after making an appointment with YOUR Office. We keep logs on the
showings for your edification. This is NOT cutting edge. Cape Cod is an anachronism in that it is one of the few areas in the country
where showings are accompanied by the listing agent. With our experience as agents, appraisers, builders, developers and investors,
we know what is REALLY required to sell a property. We offer the best of new possibilities, while offering you the option to
implement the older traditions at your option. In a great majority of properties, a listing agent no longer is required to present
information as was required in past years. The buyer agent is required to perform due diligence, all the while being responsible for
safekeeping your property while showing it. At YOUR Real Estate Office, we simply insist that all buyer agents (most importantly our own) do
just that, as is the norm in most marketplaces in the country. Of course, we supply them with the information to verify. We too, are
accomplished real estate people.
2. Hybrid:
We also offer HYBRID listings for certain properties that may require more than our basic model. Commercial properties
and residential listings with unusual characteristics may qualify for atypical approaches. We expect that most sellers will embrace this approach. Upon review, we may suggest that the seller offer a competitive commission to the buyer agent, while YOUR listing office accepts the $995 listing fee with a low listing commission, all the while offering
unique services that the property may require. Of course, these other fees would only be paid upon closing.
3. Traditional:
We can market your property using the traditional methods but at a reduced commission.
